Bolnisi, Georgia – Innovation Energy has recently completed the installation of a 278.16 kWp solar power system at Savaneti chicken farm in Bolnisi municipality, Georgia. The roof-mounted system consists of high-efficiency solar modules from DAS Solar and inverters from Hopewind.

The new solar power system is expected to supply a significant portion of the energy needs of the chicken farm. By switching to solar, Savaneti aims to reduce their dependence on fossil fuels, cut electricity costs, and increase the sustainability of their operations.

Solar power is a perfect match for agriculture applications like chicken farms. By locking in low-cost solar electricity for decades, farms can better plan for the future and invest more into their businesses instead of unpredictable utility bills.
